IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

REMINDER PARENTS:  Cumberland County Schools will second enrollment period for SES tutoring services runs from January 2, 2012 through January 20, 2012. Applications will be accepted through Jan. 20th. Supplemental Educational Services (SES) are tutoring programs outside of regular school hours that are provided by independent service providers. Your child may qualify for these additional services if he/she attends a school that has been identified for Title I School Improvement and qualifies for free and reduced lunch.

 Reminder Parents:  If your child needs extra help, tutoring is available through our after-school program or Supplemental Educational Services.

Enrollment Requirements:
 2011-2012 school year all students must be five by August 31, 2011 in order to enroll in Kindergarten.

Kindergarten:

                                                     *Certified birth certificate
                                                     *Record of immunizations
                                                     *Health assessment
                                                     *Proof of residency in the attendance area of enrolling school

1st-5th grade:

                                                    *Certified birth certificate
                                                    *Record of immunizations
                                                    *Last report card, withdrawal documentation, or transcript from previous school
                                                    *Proof of residency in the attendance area of enrolling school
                                                    *Notarized "Oath of Affirmation Upon Admission" (provided by enrolling school)
